Tracy Concrete Company provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floors, decorative concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps construction, slab foundations, foundation installation, parking lot building, concrete footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
Services are provided in Tracy, CA and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
All estimates provided - whether by phone, email, online form, or in person - are non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if:
Any change to the original estimate will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds.
Work is scheduled based on crew availability, material delivery, weather conditions, and permit approval timelines. We will provide you with a scheduled start date or window and will notify you of any changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered or permits have been pulled may result in fees to cover those costs. Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated to you in your written contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unsafe weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished work.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each job. In general:
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under California law. In the event of non-payment, Tracy Concrete Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a mechanics lien against the property.

We stand behind the quality of our work and will address any defects in materials or workmanship that arise within the warranty period stated in your written contract, subject to the following exclusions:
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THOSE STATED IN THE WRITTEN CONTRACT. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tracy Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of San Joaquin County, California.
